Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Our DoW client requires an experienced software engineer with skills across the technical spectrum to contribute to analytic prototype development and shepherd deployment into production on the Top Secret network (both on-prem and in the cloud).
The candidate will work with a team of data scientists, developers, domain experts, and end users to operationalize analytic methodologies into deployed applications.
Responsibilities include:
β’ Data engineering across multiple data stores (graph databases, OpenSearch, parquet files, vector stores, and relational databases)
β’ Application and data security engineering (non-network cybersecurity)
β’ Cloud engineering and deployment
β’ Full stack web application development
β’ Configuration management and CI/CD implementation
Candidates with broad experience or specialization in one or more of these areas, and willingness to expand skillsets on the job, are encouraged to apply.
This is a highly mission-oriented project with strong visibility from stakeholders, funders, and end users.
Experience developing in high-side environments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with DoD and IC resources available to developers and analysts is also strongly preferred.
