Job Description:
We are hiring for a hands-on AWS DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative team that is currently transitioning to a modern cloud-native stack . Ideal candidates will have strong DevOps skills with a Java development background, and must be proactive, communicative, and engaged in team discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Implement, manage, and optimize AWS-based CI/CD pipelines.
β’ Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitOps practices.
β’ Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to support build, deployment, and operations.
β’ Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve systems performance, scalability, and reliability.
β’ Drive improvements in automation, tooling, and process maturity.
Requirements:
β’ 5+ years of DevOps experience, with hands-on AWS expertise
β’ Prior experience or background in Java development is strongly preferred
β’ Strong experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
β’ Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
β’ Experience automating deployments with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
β’ Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
