Job Description
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation Handling
• Deep experience in root cause analysis and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (support, product, engineering).
1. Monitoring & Automation
• Experience with tools like Splunk, New Relic, Nagios.
• Building automated solutions for deployment, monitoring, and configuration.
1. Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong hands-on with AWS and/or Azure:
• Networking (VPC, Security Groups)
• Compute (EC2)
• Databases (RDS)
• Load Balancers (ELB, ALB)
1. Full Stack Troubleshooting
• OS: Debian, CentOS, Linux
• Web Servers: Apache, Nginx, HAProxy
• RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
1. Programming & CI/CD
Languages: Python, Java, Go, CI/CD tools and methodologies
1. Soft Skills
• Strong documentation and collaboration
• Excellent communication (verbal + written)
• Ability to estimate and break down project work
1. Education
Bachelor’s in CS, CE, SE, or related field
Must-Have Skills Summary
• DevOps troubleshooting (full stack)
• AWS or Azure (networking, compute, DB, LB)
• Monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Nagios)
• Scripting/Programming (Python, Java, Go)
