Role description
Location - Local to Richmond ONLY
Interview Process
• Round 1 (1 hour): Technical interview with team members
• Round 2 (30 minutes): Discussion with the hiring manager (fit for the role)
Requirements & Preferences
• Strong Incident Management experience (60–70% of role focus) – must be able to respond to alerts and act quickly.
• Technical expertise in:
• Software Development
• Cloud (AWS experience required)
• ITIL framework knowledge
• Understanding of application functionality
• Preferred/Plus Skills:
• Google Gemini or other AI/GenAI experience
• AI integration knowledge
• Prior Cap 1 experience would be plus
• Background or interest in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Work Conditions
• Shift flexibility (first or second shift- 8 AM to 5 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no H1B candidates)
