Role description
DevSecOps Engineer (Hybrid, Contract)
We’re seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to manage secure delivery pipelines and platform foundations across cloud environments. This role focuses on Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS IAM. You’ll design and automate IAM, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code while embedding security controls and enabling development teams to deliver safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage least-privilege IAM across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules, enforce drift detection, and apply policy-as-code.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters, manage CI/CD pipelines, secrets, and observability tools.
• Collaborate with AppSec and product teams on secure design reviews and threat modeling.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure platform reliability and developer experience.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles with a security-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS IAM.
• CI/CD pipeline expertise, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Linux, containers, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting (Python/Bash) and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, GitOps, multi-cluster environments, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of data protection, tokenization, or security monitoring tools.
