Job Description:
We’re looking for a Security Platform Developer to help us take our DevSecOps and Security tools to the next level. In this role, you’ll turn raw logs into meaningful metrics, build dashboards and apps with New Relic, and develop event-driven solutions that protect our systems in real time. If you’re a developer with a passion for security, data, and automation, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Build and enhance Security dashboards and custom apps using the API.
• Convert logs into actionable metrics and insights.
• Analyze data to make allow/block traffic decisions.
• Develop event-driven security automations to respond to threats in real time.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve monitoring and defences.
What We’re Looking For
• Must have 13+years’ experience as DevSecOps & Security Development.
• Hands-on experience with New Relic (dashboards, APIs, and/or apps).
• Strong coding skills in Python and Node.js.
• Frontend experience with React.js/Next.js preferred.
• Familiarity with security analysis, log pipelines, and event-driven development.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCI), Kubernetes, or security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
