We're looking for a Conversational AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Dialogflow CX/ES, Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), and GCP. The ideal candidate will build intelligent chat and voice assistants, develop conversational workflows, integrate APIs, and work with cloud-native services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.

• Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG
• Agentic AI and conversational workflows
