Analyst II – Digital Analytics 📍 Raleigh, NC | Hybrid (Local Preferred) | Open to NC, SC, VA, GA, TN Residents 💼 Contract (6 months) with potential to convert 💲 $34–$38 hr. | Conversion Salary: $72,000–$80,000 About the Role Hays is seeking an Analyst II – Digital Analytics to join their Digital Services team and deliver insights that help improve the member digital experience across SECU’s website, online banking, and mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into stories, collaborating across teams, and using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau to influence digital strategy. What You’ll Do 🔹 35% — Digital Analytics & Reporting • Analyze digital platform performance, user behavior, and engagement trends using Adobe Analytics • Validate tagging and partner with developers to ensure data accuracy 🔹 25% — Dashboarding & Visualization • Build and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI • Support cross‑training and team knowledge‑sharing 🔹 20% — Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work with Digital Product, UX, Marketing, and IT teams • Define KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and measure digital initiatives 🔹 10% — Experimentation Support • Assist with A/B and multivariate test setup, tracking, and analysis 🔹 10% — Staying Current • Research and apply digital analytics and UX measurement best practices What We’re Looking For Required: ✔ 2+ years in digital analytics or BI ✔ Hands-on Adobe Analytics experience (must-have) ✔ Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI (Tableau preferred) ✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently ✔ Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ✔ Basic SQL or database querying knowledge Nice to Have: • Experience in financial services or regulated industries • Adobe Experience Cloud familiarity (Target, AEM) • Understanding of digital marketing metrics or journey analysis • Basic HTML/JavaScript or tag management skills • Experience working on medium–large cross-functional projects Logistics • Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (4401 Creedmoor Rd). • Open to candidates living in NC, SC, VA, GA, or TN • No sponsorship available
