We’re looking for an experienced analytics specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a freelance role and requires working hours of 12:00–21:00 local time to ensure strong collaboration with our U.S. teams. Who You Are • You have a strong background in marketing analytics, with expertise in data analysis and web tracking performance optimization. • You bring advanced skills using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio). • You excel in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for clients. • You are a clear communicator, comfortable presenting detailed findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams. • You have experience managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing expert guidance. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease. • You know when to rely on data and when to use intuition, making balanced, informed decisions. • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of continuous learning. • You are fluent in English and Spanish, with additional language skills (such as French) considered a bonus. What You'll Do • Analyze digital performance data using tools like Google Analytics,,Tableau, or plain old Excel to identify trends, user behavior insights, and growth opportunities. • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies, define KPIs, set up tracking systems, and ensure accurate data collection for digital marketing initiatives. • Build detailed reports and interactive dashboards that provide clients actionable insights on campaign performance and business impact. • Oversee data integration projects, combining data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM, and ad platforms) for a holistic view of marketing performance. • Synthesize complex data into clear presentations, deliver strategic recommendations, and outline the next steps for clients based on analytical findings. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure data-driven decision-making supports overall business objectives. • Conduct regular audits of analytics setups, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to ensure data quality and accuracy. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative analytics solutions to clients. • Educate clients on key metrics, demonstrating the value of analytics and guiding them in leveraging data for strategic growth.
