Relevant du Gestionnaire, Analytique e-commerce et Exprimentation, vous serez responsable de la feuille de route de suivi (tracking) web et mobile pour Garage et Dynamite - en veillant ce que chaque interaction numrique significative soit correctement capte, catgorise et rendue disponible pour analyse. Vous serez la source de vrit unique concernant la manire dont les donnes circulent de nos sites web et applications vers notre cosystme analytique.
Vous serez responsable de la conception et de la maintenance complte de l'infrastructure de mesure : Google Tag Manager, suivi des vnements GA4, gouvernance du data layer, taxonomie UTM, logique de regroupement des canaux dans BigQuery, ainsi que le tracking ct application. Vous collaborerez troitement avec les dveloppeurs, les chefs de produit et les quipes analytiques afin de vous assurer que ce qui est mesur correspond ce qui est rellement important - et que cela est constamment fiable. Dans ce rle, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les quipes Performance Marketing, Exprimentation, CRM et Data Engineering pour les deux marques (Garage et Dynamite).
Responsabilits
Proprit de la feuille de route de tracking
Possder et maintenir la feuille de route de tracking web et mobile pour les deux marques, en veillant ce qu'elle reflte les priorits d'affaires, les lancements de nouvelles fonctionnalits et l'volution des besoins de mesure;
Dfinir et documenter la stratgie de tracking pour tous les points de contact numriques - web, app et intgrations tierces - et la maintenir jour mesure que le produit volue;
Identifier de manire proactive les lacunes de tracking, les signaux dgrads ou les problmes de qualit des donnes et piloter leur rsolution avec les quipes techniques et mtier concernes;
Maintenir un plan de tracking matre faisant office de source de vrit pour tous les schmas d'vnements, paramtres et standards d'implmentation.
GTM et implmentation GA4
Grer le dveloppement des conteneurs Google Tag Manager pour les deux marques : cration, test, versionnement et mise en production des balises, dclencheurs et variables;
Dfinir et implmenter la taxonomie des vnements GA4 en collaboration avec les parties prenantes produit et analytiques - incluant les vnements e-commerce, dimensions personnalises, proprits utilisateur et objectifs de conversion;
Traduire les besoins mtier en spcifications de tracking prcises et collaborer directement avec les dveloppeurs front-end pour garantir une implmentation correcte et scalable, de la conception la validation;
Maintenir et faire voluer l'architecture du data layer web et mobile pour assurer une collecte d'vnements fiable et cohrente;
Raliser des validations QA compltes l'aide d'outils de dbogage navigateur, GA4 DebugView et monitoring des pipelines de donnes.
Gouvernance UTM et taxonomie des campagnes
Assurer la gouvernance de la taxonomie UTM pour tous les canaux (mdias payants, affilis, CRM, organique) - dfinition des conventions de nommage, documentation et application des standards;
Collaborer avec les responsables de canaux afin d'auditer, nettoyer et maintenir la qualit des UTM pour garantir une classification prcise des sources de trafic;
Mettre en place des processus automatiss d'audit UTM afin de dtecter les erreurs avant qu'elles n'affectent les donnes;
Former et accompagner les quipes sur les standards UTM via documentation, modles et sessions de formation.
BigQuery et logique de regroupement des canaux
Grer la logique de regroupement des canaux dans GA4 et BigQuery - dfinition, construction et maintenance des rgles transformant les donnes en catgories marketing exploitables dans Snowflake;
Assurer la cohrence entre les rapports GA4, les exports BigQuery et les modles d'attribution et MMM;
Documenter les pipelines de donnes afin que les analystes et ingnieurs comprennent la transformation des donnes de tracking;

Reporting to the Manager, E-comm Analytics and Experimentation, you will own the web and app tracking roadmap for both Garage and Dynamite - ensuring every meaningful digital interaction is accurately captured, classified, and made available for analysis. You are the single source of truth for how data flows from our websites and apps into our analytics stack.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the full measurement infrastructure: Google Tag Manager, GA4 event tracking, data layer governance, UTM taxonomy, BigQuery channel grouping logic, and app-side tracking. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and analytics teams to ensure that what gets measured is what matters - and that it is consistently right. In this role, you will partner with the Performance Marketing, Experimentation, CRM, and Data Engineering teams across both brands (Garage and Dynamite).
Responsibilities
Tracking Roadmap Ownership
Own and maintain the web and app tracking roadmap across both brands, ensuring it reflects business priorities, new feature launches, and evolving measurement requirements;
Define and document the tracking strategy for all digital touchpoints - web, app, and third-party integrations - and keep it up to date as the product evolves;
Proactively identify tracking gaps, degraded signals, or data quality issues and drive resolution with the relevant technical and business teams;
Maintain a master tracking plan as the single source of truth for all event schemas, parameters, and implementation standards.
GTM Development & GA4 Implementation
Own Google Tag Manager container development for both brands: build, test, version, and publish tags, triggers, and variables to specification;
Define and implement the GA4 event taxonomy in collaboration with product and analytics stakeholders - covering ecommerce events, custom dimensions, user properties, and conversion goals;
Translate business measurement requirements into precise tracking specifications and work directly with front-end developers to ensure accurate, scalable implementation from spec through to validation;
Maintain and evolve the data layer architecture across web and app to support reliable, consistent event collection;
Perform thorough QA validation of all tracking implementations using browser debugging tools, GA4 DebugView, and data pipeline monitoring.
UTM Governance & Campaign Taxonomy
Own UTM taxonomy governance across all paid media, affiliate, CRM, and organic campaigns - defining naming conventions, maintaining documentation, and enforcing standards;
Work directly with channel leads across Paid Media, Affiliates, and CRM to audit, clean, and maintain UTM hygiene so that traffic sources are consistently and accurately classified in all reporting;
Build and maintain automated UTM auditing processes to catch non-compliant tagging before it contaminates data;
Educate and enable channel teams on UTM standards through documentation, templates, and training sessions.
BigQuery & Channel Grouping Logic
Own channel grouping logic in GA4 and raw BigQuery - defining, building, and maintaining the rules that map session and event data into meaningful marketing categories in Snowflake;
Ensure consistency between GA4 reporting views, raw BigQuery exports, and downstream attribution and MMM model;
Build and maintain data pipeline documentation so that analysts and data engineers understand exactly how raw tracking data is transformed into usable marketing dimensions;
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure tracking data lands correctly in the data warehouse and is available for downstream modelling and reporting.
App Tracking
Own mobile app tracking implementation across iOS and Android in collaboration with the mobile development team;
Define app event schemas, user property standards, and screen tracking requirements aligned with the overall tracking taxonomy;
Ensure parity between web and app tracking definitions to enable cross-platform analysis and consistent funnel measurement;
Monitor app tracking data quality post-release and respond quickly to regressions or missing signals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
Act as the primary technical point of contact for all tracking and measurement questions from analytics, marketing, product, and development teams;
Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation in Confluence covering the tracking plan, GTM container structure, channel grouping logic, UTM standards, and data layer specifications;
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Analyst and Experimentation Specialist to ensure tracking output meets the requirements of attribution models, MMM inputs, and A/B test measurement;
Participate in sprint planning and product reviews to assess tracking implications of new features and ensure measurement is built in from the start, not retrofitted.

Comfortable reading and writing JavaScript to build custom GTM variables and troubleshoot implementation issues;
Understanding of consent mode, first-party data strategies, and privacy-preserving measurement approaches is an asset;
Experience working in an agile development environment and participating in sprint ceremonies is an asset;
Strong communicator - able to translate technical tracking requirements into clear language for non-technical marketing and product stakeholders.

Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager: container architecture, custom JavaScript variables, dataLayer event handling, and version management;
Strong working knowledge of GA4: event schema design, custom dimensions and metrics, ecommerce implementation, and DebugView QA;
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery for building and maintaining channel grouping logic and tracking validation queries;
Experience owning a tracking plan and data layer specification end-to-end - from business requirement through to production validation;
Solid understanding of UTM taxonomy, campaign tagging standards, and the downstream impact of poor UTM hygiene on attribution and reporting;
Experience with mobile app tracking (iOS/Android) using Firebase, Segment, or equivalent SDK-based tracking implementations;
Comfortable reading and writing JavaScript to build custom GTM variables and troubleshoot implementation issues;
Understanding of consent mode, first-party data strategies, and privacy-preserving measurement approaches is an asset;
Experience working in an agile development environment and participating in sprint ceremonies is an asset;
Strong communicator - able to translate technical tracking requirements into clear language for non-technical marketing and product stakeholders.
