Title: Digital Analytics Reporting Analyst Location: Fully Remote (CST Hours) Employment Type: 9 month contract, conversion possible Salary: 45-57/hr Required Skills and Experience -Web analytics expertise: proven track record working directly inside an analytics platform (not just scripting around it), including building reports, configuring tracking, and supporting net-new functionality -Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics experience: hands-on experience required; Adobe strongly preferred given its complexity, but Google Analytics is acceptable as the conceptual foundation translates -Stakeholder management & requirements gathering: ability to sit with business stakeholders, understand what they need from the platform, help shape/document those requirements, and translate them into reporting deliverables -Reporting ownership: comfortable building and overseeing reporting end-to-end, including QA and ensuring stakeholders actually get what they need -Fast-moving, ad hoc environment comfort: particularly supporting acquisition/marketing teams where leadership-driven requests come in frequently -Strong communicator: able to "handhold" stakeholders through reporting needs without losing pace -U.S.-based (onshore), remote-friendly Bonus Skills and Experience -Amplitude experience: not expected (it's a "rethink" tool and the team will learn together post-migration), but a clear plus -Mobile analytics familiarity: primary focus is web, but exposure to mobile analytics is valuable given roadmap -Analytics platform migration experience: particularly moving off a legacy stack into Adobe and/or Amplitude -E-commerce analytics exposure: given the upcoming shop platform go-live -Prospect / acquisition marketing analytics background: understanding of top-of-funnel marketing measurement -Senior-level judgment: ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, push back constructively, and ask the right questions Job Summary & Responsibility Percentage Breakdown Summary: This Digital Analytics Reporting Analyst will sit on the Digital Analytics team and serve as a key analytics partner across both the e-comm and prospect site sides of the business. The role is centered on working within Adobe Analytics and Amplitude - gathering requirements, building/maintaining reporting, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure they get the insights they need. Responsibility Breakdown: ~50%: Hands-on work within Adobe Analytics and Amplitude: building, configuring, and maintaining reporting; supporting net-new tracking and functionality as the team transitions onto the new platforms ~30%: Stakeholder partnership & requirements gathering: working with ecomm-side stakeholders and prospect-side marketing stakeholders to understand needs, help shape requirements, and oversee that reporting is delivered correctly ~15%: Ad hoc analytics & acquisition support: responding to leadership-driven acquisition requests and one-off marketing analytics asks on the prospect side ~5%: Cross-functional collaboration & platform evolution: contributing to the team's learning curve on Amplitude post-migration, partnering with the broader analytics team, and helping shape how reporting evolves under the new platform structure
