Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive insight and execution across a wide array of programs supporting customer satisfaction, tax accuracy, sentiment recovery, and service operations. This role blends advanced data capabilities with cross-functional collaboration to help shape data-informed outreach and recovery strategies. Typical Day Breakdown: β€’ Hands-on development work-coding in SQL and Python, especially within the Databricks environment β€’ Analytical work focused on generating actionable insights from large datasets β€’ Collaboration with stakeholders across AI science, data engineering, and product management teams β€’ Support list management and execution of dialer and multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, calls) β€’ Develop and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and API integrations that support timely outreach β€’ Navigate compliance requirements (e.g., Sanctions Screening, National DNC) β€’ Support push-to-cart voucher programs and coordinate with external teams as needed β€’ Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CX, product, vendors, and other analytics teams β€’ Conduct ad hoc analysis and support experimentation, including A/B testing and optimization of outreach strategies β€’ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale automation and outreach tooling Monitor and analyze performance of CX programs, including: β€’ Sub-Par Experiences and Paid Not Filed follow-up β€’ E-File Reject CJO β€’ OINP for Money β€’ Automated Refunds β€’ Login issues β€’ Tax Accuracy errors β€’ Sentiment-based and Service Recovery outreach initiatives Requirements β€’ Proficient in SQL and Python β€’ Hands-on experience with Databricks, data pipelines, ETL processes β€’ Strong data visualization skills; familiarity with Tableau β€’ Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail β€’ Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity β€’ Strong cross-functional communication skills; experience working with marketers, vendors, product managers, and CX teams β€’ Strong operational acumen with ability to manage and execute against multiple initiatives and identify opportunities for automation/scale The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
