Pay Rate: $67.85/hour on W2 Work Type: Hybrid – Onsite (Mon-Thu) | Remote (Fri) Location: Windsor, CT 06095 (Locals Only) Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension/conversion Job Overview: The Digital Business Analyst III will lead requirement gathering within SBS (National Accounts division), acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role includes conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, scope definition, requirements documentation, and reviewing solution designs to ensure alignment with business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing systems/processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements. Support business stakeholders with scoping, business cases, and cost/benefit analysis. Elicit, document, and validate system requirements, enhancements, and updates. Lead requirement workshops/interviews with business stakeholders. Create User Stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Translate business requirements into system solutions in collaboration with IT. Work with architects and developers on architecture, design, and data models. Ensure requirements traceability through design and implementation. Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, user community, and IT. Prepare reports, presentations, and demos for stakeholders. Assist with roadmap development, backlog grooming, and ROI models. Communicate requirements and changes to developers, sponsors, and business teams. Participate in testing, UAT, and defect management with QE teams. Maintain project documentation and repositories. Collaborate with Project Manager on progress tracking, financial modeling, scoping, and planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree: HS Diploma/GED plus 5–10 years of relevant experience. 8–10 years as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager. Expertise in Swimlane Diagramming / Process Modeling. Familiarity with Agile, BABOK, Waterfall methodologies. Experience in requirements elicitation for core technology/system projects. Tools: Jira, Confluence. Certifications: CCBA or CBAP. Platforms: Salesforce. Technical skills: Basic SQL, ER diagrams, Data Mapping.
