Role description
Job Title: Digital Campaign Pricing Specialist Job Description As a Digital Campaign Pricing & Targeting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in planning, analyzing, and optimizing digital media strategies. You will work with advertisers, via their agencies and our sales team, to design digital media campaigns that use available inventory to meet client goals and reach their ideal patient audiences and price them appropriately. This role contributes to profitable growth by providing analytical support for renewals, supporting upsell opportunities, and delivering evidence for increased price realization. Responsibilities โ€ข Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to scope and recommend innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences and align with client objectives and budgets. โ€ข Ensure proposals are developed in accordance with company pricing standards. โ€ข Manage inventory availability during the pricing/proposal process and throughout a brandโ€™s contract. โ€ข Maintain a holistic view on historic pricing data and competitive intensity for client brands across programs. โ€ข Develop and apply a deep understanding of medical codes and EHR data. โ€ข Partner with the strategy and insights team to inform renewal approach using campaign performance history, brand-specific life cycle factors, and baseline sales trends. Essential Skills โ€ข 1+ years of professional experience in an analyst, pricing, statistics, or related position. โ€ข Advanced Excel experience including V-lookups, Pivot tables & Charts, and IF functions. โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care, or related field. โ€ข The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly. Additional Skills & Qualifications โ€ข Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce, Looker, and SQL. โ€ข Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign design, set up, and execution. โ€ข Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges. โ€ข Experience with Pharmaceutical data. Work Environment The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, clients, and media partners. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines is crucial. An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, are essential. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in follow-through. The position involves working with technologies such as Salesforce CRM and data management platforms. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
