Role description
Drive Insightful Web Optimization for a Customer-Centric Energy Leader Join a data-forward, cross-functional team at the forefront of our client's digital transformation. As a Digital Experience Analyst, you’ll leverage your technical expertise in data analytics, content systems, and automation to enhance digital sales journeys across multiple brands and platforms. This role blends problem-solving with strategic execution, supporting everything from pricing accuracy to customer experience improvements across online channels. You’ll work with a diverse group of stakeholders—IT, Marketing, Call Center Ops, and Product Owners—to improve the scalability and performance of digital tools and journeys. If you enjoy using data to troubleshoot issues, design scalable processes, and improve how customers interact with digital platforms, this role offers a high-impact opportunity. What You’ll Do: • Own the product and pricing content across digital sales channels—ensure updates are timely, accurate, and validated for quality. • Troubleshoot digital performance issues using reports, CMS diagnostics, and SQL logic. Support monthly release cycles with testing and validation. • Serve as the business expert for resolving defects within content management systems (like Tridion or AEM). • Use automation tools and scripts to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and boost time-to-market. • Manage request pipelines and maintain progress visibility with dashboards and reports. • Deliver process improvement recommendations backed by data analysis. • Develop testing documentation (UAT scripts), monitor site performance, and collaborate on digital campaign launches. • Translate business objectives into scalable, repeatable operational solutions, working closely with IT and Product Owners. What You Bring: • 2–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, digital marketing support, or business systems analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and content management systems (CMS) like Tridion or Adobe Experience Manager. • Experience integrating data from platforms such as GA4, Salesforce, Supermetrics, and other MarTech tools. • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA), HTML, and business requirement documentation. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences. • A background in digital marketing analytics, web performance, or sales operations is highly preferred. Why This Role Stands Out: • Direct ownership of high-visibility web functions that affect revenue. • Opportunity to combine technical expertise and business strategy. • Fast-paced hybrid work environment with collaboration across multiple departments. • Visibility to leadership through dashboards, campaign support, and operational reporting.
