Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models.
• Analyze campaign, product, and content performance across paid, organic, and total channel activity to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets and model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
• Develop automated reporting, performance benchmarks, and content taxonomies to support attribution and digital marketing analysis.
• Apply NLP, topic modeling, competitive analysis, and consumer sentiment techniques while collaborating with marketing, social, creative, advertising, product, and data science teams.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, methodologies, and analytical techniques, with experience analyzing marketing, campaign, social, or content performance data.
• Knowledge of social media metrics across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook, as well as paid and organic marketing channels.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; experience with social listening, competitive analysis, and audience or consumer insights platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; SQL and Python or R experience is preferred.
