Role description
Note: Only locals in New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA (Onsite/ Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in a week)
Experience Level: 10+ Years
Qualifications:
β’ 2-3 years of direct experience at a brand agency or related vendor in digital media field or role
β’ Experience within the digital media industry in marketing advertising or advertising technology analytics with Entertainment Streaming space a huge plus
β’ Direct digital media buying and activating also a plus
β’ Strong understanding of digital paid media attribution metrics eg CPM CPA and performance benchmarks
β’ Experience with ad servers eg CM360 Innovid and paid ad tracking platforms eg Google Ads Facebook Business Manager
β’ Proficiency in web analytics tools eg Adobe Analytics Google Analytics
β’ Advanced data analysis skills using Excel Tableau Data Studio experience building dashboards and visualizations from multiple data sources
β’ Familiarity with SQL and understanding of Python andor R is a plus
β’ Strong storytelling and presentation skills using Google Slides PowerPoint or Keynote
β’ Detailoriented with strong documentation and QA skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency
β’ Proactive selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects independently
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
β’ Comfort with agile workflows and ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift
β’ Building reports and dashboards
β’ Supporting campaign analysis and optimization
β’ Proactive Communication needed with the planning team and other stakeholders
β’ Technical Skills Tableau Looker Studio and other data analysis platforms
β’ Familiarity with site analytics and media platform metrics
β’ Technical proficiency in using data analysis tools and understanding audience management processes
Nice to Haves
β’ Familiarity with thirdparty tools like Nielsen and Comscore is also beneficial
Education & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ 2β3 years of experience in digital media analytics, marketing, or advertising (brand, agency, or vendor).
Technical Skills:
β’ Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, data analysis).
β’ Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or Google Data Studio for dashboards and reporting.
β’ Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., CM360, Innovid) and paid ad tracking platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
