Position: Digital Marketing Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing digital marketing performance and web properties. This role will turn data from multiple sources into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, validate, and manage data across digital channels and websites
• Translate business needs into data and modeling requirements
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analyses of website and campaign performance
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and implement best practices
• Monitor performance across channels (e.g., paid search, SEO, display, social) using web analytics and 3rd party tools
• Support other analytics-related projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Tealium)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio preferred; Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense also applicable)
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
• Knowledge of data-related programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Java, Perl)
• Ability to translate technical findings into business insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
