We’re looking for a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can bridge the real world of marketing strategy with the fast-evolving world of AI systems. Your expertise will help train, evaluate, and elevate AI models that support marketers globally. 🔍 About the Role As a Sector Evaluator – Marketing, you’ll translate real-world marketing workflows into AI training data, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine next-generation marketing systems. You’ll help build smarter: • Campaign optimizers • Personalization engines • Predictive analytics tools • AI-powered marketing assistants This is not a traditional marketing role — it’s a hands-on AI evaluation role grounded in real marketing expertise. 🧠 What You’ll Work On • Train and annotate AI models using real marketing knowledge, terminology, and logic • Design challenging prompts to test LLM understanding across marketing scenarios • Review, score, and critique AI-generated content for accuracy, reasoning, tone, and brand alignment • Build evaluation rubrics and “golden responses” to benchmark AI quality • Translate campaign lifecycles into structured workflows, taxonomies, and scenarios • Evaluate campaign briefs, customer segments, KPIs, and performance narratives • Partner with ML, product, and engineering teams to improve AI capabilities and marketing use cases 🧠 AI & LLM Capabilities (Must-Have) • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) • Prompt engineering experience beyond basic usage (testing, iteration, edge cases) • Experience creating rubrics, scoring frameworks, or golden responses • Exposure to data annotation / labeling / QA workflows for AI systems • Ability to clearly explain why an AI output succeeds or fails What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience across: • Digital & social campaigns • Performance marketing & A/B testing • CRM & marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC) • Analytics & measurement (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI) • Content strategy, segmentation, and journey mapping • Strong documentation skills with the ability to convert real workflows into structured processes • Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams 📩 Ready to Apply?
