• Strong experience in data analysis and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to create and manage performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL-based tools).
• Strong skills in data storytelling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data sources.
• Understanding of digital service delivery, user-centred design, and agile ways of working.
