Title: Digital Technical Analyst Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid; onsite Tuesday - Thursday Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $35.00-45.00/hr Conversion Salary: $77,000 - $90,000 Industry: Health Insurance About The Role We are seeking a detail oriented Digital Technical Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization known for delivering comprehensive health coverage and innovative digital experiences. This role supports the digital product team responsible for a member portal used to manage health plans, view claims, access ID cards, make payments, and engage with personalized care solutions. The analyst will help strengthen core digital functionalities while driving enhancements that improve how members interact with their health benefits. Job Description In this role, you will partner closely with a Digital Product Owner and serve as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams. You will document and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, support a major re platforming initiative for the member portal and mobile app, and ensure all implementations meet quality and performance expectations. You will play an integral part in digital cutovers and migrations by evaluating current state processes, recommending improvements, authoring content in the content management system, and supporting the implementation of new portal capabilities. Collaboration is essential, as you will work with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on technical solutions, assess feasibility, troubleshoot issues, and identify potential risks. This role also supports quality assurance by defining test cases, reviewing deliverables, validating features, and maintaining clear technical documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to personalization initiatives by ensuring the platform supports data driven and proactive care experiences. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3 years of work experience beyond degree • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Analyst, Product Owner, or related role supporting digital channels • Experience working with cross functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering • Strong technical background with experience in digital ecosystems, application programming interfaces, and system integrations • Familiarity with agile methodologies and supporting agile product development processes • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories • Passion for delivering exceptional digital user experiences Preferred • Experience with user interface and user experience design principles • Experience authoring content in a content management system • Experience supporting digital platform migrations or re platforming initiatives • Background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
