Digital Verification CAD Engineer Duration: 6+ months Location: San Jose, CA – 5 days onsite Rate: $90.00 – 120.00/hour Position Overview Join our team as a Digital Verification CAD Engineer, partnering closely with verification engineers to enhance methodologies using AI-driven tools. You'll streamline flows, boost productivity, and automate processes in a fast-paced digital verification environment. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with digital verification engineers to identify and resolve methodology/flow issues. • Develop, integrate, and maintain CAD tools for the digital verification flow. • Apply AI/ML techniques to improve verification productivity, debug efficiency, and coverage closure. • Drive adoption of AI-based solutions within existing verification frameworks. • Analyze bottlenecks in simulation, regression, and debug flows; propose scalable solutions. • Automate repetitive tasks and enhance tool usability/performance. • Provide technical support and training to verification teams on new tools and methodologies. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Strong knowledge of digital verification flows (simulation, regression, coverage, debug). • Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, or similar verification methodologies. • Proficiency in Python, Perl, Tcl, or similar scripting/programming languages. • Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI/ML tools/frameworks in engineering workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration. • Experience with EDA AI platforms, especially Cadence Verisium.
