Director, ERP Systems - Epicor (Kinetic) | Remote with Travel | High-Impact Role for Global Transformation

Our client, a U.S.-based, global engineering and manufacturing organization, is undertaking a major ERP transformation across multiple international sites. As Director of ERP Systems, you will report to the CIO and play a key leadership role in modernizing and harmonizing business processes through Epicor (Kinetic and E10), Salesforce integrations, and related corporate systems.
This is a strategic, hands-on position ideal for a leader who excels in a fast-paced, multi-system, global environment and is passionate about turning ERP potential into business reality.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Epicor Kinetic across global sites.
β’ Manage ERP lifecycle—planning, execution, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live support.
β’ Align ERP systems and Salesforce integrations with strategic business processes.
β’ Drive business process harmonization across multi-site manufacturing operations.
β’ Collaborate with international stakeholders to translate operational goals into scalable ERP solutions.
β’ Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
β’ Support integrations with CAD, PLM, and other enterprise tools.
β’ Provide technical oversight, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure end-user support and training.
β’ Maintain documentation, governance, and data integrity across ERP ecosystems.
What You Bring:
β’ 7+ years of ERP leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
β’ Proven success leading Epicor implementations/upgrades (especially Kinetic).
β’ Strong grasp of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, manufacturing workflows (Make to Order, Engineer to Order), and costing/accounting models.
β’ Experience with data migration and designing archive repositories.
β’ Familiarity with PLM and CAD systems (Autodesk, SolidWorks, ePlan, etc.).
β’ Adept at SQL and data-driven business analysis.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Information Technology or related field.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience managing geographically dispersed ERP teams.
β’ Prior work in international rollouts and multi-company environments.
β’ Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations.
