Role description
Position: Docker Developer Type: Contract Compensation: $15–$35/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hour/week Role Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain Docker-based environments for scalable AI training workloads. • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with machine learning engineers and developers to containerize applications and streamline workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Docker environments in both development and production. • Document technical processes and communicate best practices clearly across teams. • Monitor and enhance containerized systems for performance, scalability, and security. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements • Experience working with Docker for containerization and environment management. • Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern tools. • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and container lifecycle management. • Experience supporting AI or machine learning workflows through containerization. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
