About The Role
WeSuite (a Valsoft/Fluent Software company) is seeking a full-time Document Engineer to join our White Plains, NY-based team. This role will focus on creating, programming, and maintaining client proposal, contract, and custom report documents within the WeSuite software platform. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and development staff to deliver high-quality, tailored document solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and program client proposal, contract, and custom documents using WeSuites Document Editor.
• Collaborate with clients during new system deployments and post-deployment updates to confirm project scope, provide guidance, and ensure successful document implementation.
• Load, test, and complete client document projects through final approval.
• Assist Client Deployment and Support teams with client-reported document issues.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues or escalate to the development team as needed.
• Document project tasks, updates, and client interactions using Monday.com and other internal tools.
• Conduct project meetings with clients, providing technical expertise and clear communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Executives, Project Management, Client Support, QA, Development) to ensure excellent client experience.
• Develop and publish articles in the WeSuite Knowledge Base to support client learning and software adoption.
• Become an expert in the configuration and use of WeSuite software, tools, and systems to provide top-quality solutions.

• A problem solver with strong technical skills in SQL, C#, HTML, and Crystal Reports.
• Experienced in project management, troubleshooting, and providing enterprise software support.
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and can manage multiple projects effectively.
• Motivated to continuously learn and deepen expertise in WeSuite software.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise software applications.
• Strong technical skills: SQL Server, writing SQL queries, Crystal Reports, C#, HTML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and tools (Excel, Word).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Monday.com, ZenDesk).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients.
Nice-to-Haves
• Advanced experience in configuring and automating client-specific documents within enterprise software.
• Prior experience in software documentation or knowledge base creation.
• Exposure to client-facing technical support in a SaaS or software development environment.
