In this critical role, you will partner closely with Drilling & Completions, Operations, and Engineering teams to develop robust dashboards, automate processes, and deliver high-quality data solutions that directly impact business outcomes. Required Skills: • 3+ years of professional experience as a Data or Business Intelligence Analyst • 2+ years of hands-on experience with complex SQL development, including CTEs, subqueries, joins, window functions, and data modeling • 2+ years of experience building and managing Power BI and/or Spotfire dashboards • Strong understanding of relational databases and data visualization best practices • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis • Ability to work independently and communicate complex findings effectively Nice to Have Skills: • Knowledge of upstream oil & gas metrics and operations • Experience with OpenWells, Landmark, or PPDM-based systems • Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Knowledge of data version control (Git, Azure DevOps) Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years supporting operations or engineering teams in a data-centric environment Other Requirements: • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in downtown Denver, CO (Tuesday-Thursday in-office, remainder remote).
