Job Role: DuckCreek Claims Developer Job Location: Remote Job Duration: Long Term Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Duck Creek Claims Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of Duck Creek Claims solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Duck Creek Claims configuration and integration, and a solid understanding of the claims management lifecycle in P&C insurance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure Duck Creek Claims components using Author, Express, and Integration Suite. Implement business logic, workflow processes, and user interface enhancements. Support claims intake, validation, reserves, payments, and subrogation workflows. Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of claims functionality. Integrate third-party systems and APIs into the Duck Creek platform. Participate in unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Assist in release management and deployment processes. Provide production support for claims applications and address incidents. Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Claims implementation and development. Proficient in Duck Creek Author, Express, Server components, and Integration Suite. Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance claims lifecycle. Experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs and integration patterns. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Good communication and analytical skills.
