Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DuckCreek Policy Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, configuration, and support of Duck Creek Policy applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Duck Creek Author, TransACT, and other Policy modules, and will collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, and architects to deliver robust insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure Duck Creek Policy components using Duck Creek Author. Build and maintain product definitions, rating algorithms, UI, and business rules. Develop integration workflows using TransACT and Duck Creek Integration Suite. Collaborate with business analysts and QA to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Duck Creek Policy applications. Work with DevOps/CI-CD tools for deployment and environment management. Provide production support and incident resolution as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy development. Strong expertise in Duck Creek Author and Product Definition. Proficient in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with Duck Creek tools like Express, TransACT, and Server Components. Knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle and commercial/personal lines. Strong understanding of integration patterns, API development, and SOAP/RESTful services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
