Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Billing Developer with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing Center (DCBC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Duck Creek Billing modules within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Duck Creek Billing Center (DCBC).
• Develop and maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (Policy, Claims, Payment gateways).
• Work on web services (REST/SOAP APIs) for system integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Architects.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Duck Creek Billing Center (DCBC).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Billing configuration
• Good knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (billing lifecycle, invoicing, collections).
• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other Duck Creek modules (Policy, Claims).
• Duck Creek certifications (Billing / ACE certification preferred).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
