Job Description:
The Client seeks a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator /Developer lead to join our project, STAAND. As a senior technical consultant, you will be responsible for the backend Dynamics 365 solution, including leveraging XRM Toolbox/plugins, running advanced XML queries, Dataverse custom entities, pipeline deployment management, Solution configuration, and development to meet business needs. In addition, you will be responsible for developing business process flow diagrams, supporting Product Owners in creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with various stakeholders to capture, refine, and deliver business requirements into a working solution.
The specific responsibilities include:
β’ Provide Dynamics backend support involving XRM Toolbox/Plugins, Advanced XML Queries and Dataverse custom entities to manage data fix, hotfix, patch updates, and scheduled monthly product enhancements
β’ Leverage Power Platform components including power automate, copilot studio and power apps/pages features to process backlog requests and tier 4 support requests
β’ Manage AzureDevOps (ADO) deployment pipeline with integrated code repository for various environments supporting Dev, QA, Training, PreProd and Prod
β’ Serve as hands-on Dev lead overseeing technical development and configuration management, including Sprint ceremonies
β’ Review, design, and implement Azure DevOps (ADO) R2 Feedback work items and R2 User Stories Backlog for Product Owners
β’ Configure/Develop No-Code/low-code power App pages to address major pain points for R2 Program Staff members based on prioritized user stories in ADO.
β’ Coordinate with the STAAND team to facilitate code release and deployment.
β’ Review R2 Feedback from POs and recommend design options.
β’ Conduct targeted Solution Modeling/Design sessions with POs/SMEs
β’ Develop technical/design specs for the Development team.
β’ Demo final changes/business flow to the POs/SMEs
β’ Provide recommendations on process reengineering.
β’ Coordinate design with Technical Leadership
β’ Manage CRM Security, configuration, APIs, PowerApps Portal and platform release updates.
β’ Configure CRM Dashboards, views and manage enhancements.
β’ Coordinate with MS Premier Support for troubleshooting issues and work on escalation/resolution
β’ Update ADO work items, queries, and dashboard to manage and track workstream activities
β’ Support release cycle, maintain STAAND R2 Code base, code merge and automated code quality check.
β’ Advisory support to Product Owners (POs)
β’ Provide guidance to POs to understand workflows.
β’ Showcase configuration options to improve experience or address pain points
β’ Walkthrough Dynamics screens and workflow to deep-dive into specific areas
β’ Guidance to Quality Assurance (QA), Reports, and Training Team
β’ Create tip sheets to support QA and training activities
β’ Provide targeted walkthrough of scenarios for QA and training team
β’ Provide clarification and answer technical questions from the QA and training team.
β’ Weekly Status Updates/Project Meeting Participation
β’ Provide Weekly Status Updates on tasks completed and pending work items.
β’ Participate in scheduled Project Meetings
