Job Description Job Title : Dynamics 365 Data Migration Specialist (Sales/Service) Job Type : W2/C2C Experience : 8 – 15 years Location : New York City, New York Responsibilities • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules. • Experience in data migration, ETL, or CRM implementation projects. • Experience with legacy system migrations (ERP, CRM, databases, spreadsheets). • Experience in data validation, testing, and reconciliation in large-scale migration projects. • Experience in cloud migrations (on-premise to Dynamics 365 online). • Strong knowledge of data migration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, Azure Data Factory, or similar). • Proficient in SQL, data cleansing, data transformation, and mapping. • Understanding of CRM data models, relationships, and business rules. • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) for data transformation or reporting. • Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules. • Analyze source systems and define data mapping, cleansing, and transformation rules. • Develop and implement ETL strategies, scripts, and automation for migration. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process. • Conduct data profiling, validation, and reconciliation between legacy and target systems. • Create comprehensive migration documentation, runbooks, and post-migration support plans. • Support post-migration testing, including UAT and go-live data validation. • Implement best practices for data governance and compliance during migration. Qualification • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
