About The Role:
We are recruiting a Dynamics 365 Engineer to support a major programme within the renewables and energy networks sector.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on backend configuration and customisation within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders and product owners, translating user stories into functional solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
This contract is offered on an initial 3-month basis, with a focus on delivering a key project milestone.
As a Dynamics 365 Engineer, You Will:
β’ Configure and customise backend components of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
β’ Implement new dropdowns, fields, and form logic aligned with business requirements.
β’ Translate user stories and functional specifications into technical deliverables.
β’ Maintain and enhance existing D365 modules to improve performance and usability.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
β’ Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 backend (Customer Engagement or similar modules).
β’ Strong understanding of configuration, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
β’ Ability to interpret and translate user stories into technical solutions.
β’ Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is desirable.
β’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
