Dynamics Consultant

Job Title: Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant Location: London (Hybrid - 2 to 3 Days Onsite per Week) Contract Length: 6 months Day Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and UK-based Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to support a high-profile engagement in London. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, particularly in sandbox prototyping, security configuration, and dashboard development. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements and translate them into working CRM configurations. • Rapidly prototype solutions in a sandbox environment for demonstration and iteration. • Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and data models within Dynamics CRM. • Configure security roles and position-based access within the system. • Design and implement Power Automate flows to streamline business processes. • Develop and customize Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Dashboards and create Power BI dashboards for enhanced reporting. • (Desirable) Write scripts (eg, Power Fx, JavaScript) to extend solution capabilities. • (Desirable) Apply Copilot and agentic AI technologies to enhance user experience and automation. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform • Deep understanding of CRM configuration, including sandbox prototyping, data modelling, and security • Experience with Power Automate and Power BI integration • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders • UK-based and eligible to work inside IR35 (no sponsorship available) Nice to Have: • Scripting experience (Power Fx, JavaScript, or similar) • Real-world experience with Copilot and agentic AI in enterprise environments
