Dynamics Power Platform Developer

We’re seeking a Mid level Application Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build and enhance productivity applications that drive efficiency across key business functions. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the consultant must be willing to convert to full-time after 4–6 months. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Customize forms, tables, business processes, and cloud flows within Dynamics 365. • Design and maintain PowerApps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate workflows. • Develop and test JavaScript customizations on D365 forms (logic, ribbon commands, onChange/onSave events). • Validate and deploy D365 customizations — forms, views, tables, and fields. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain code quality via peer reviews. • Package and support deployments following change management standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service/Sales modules). • Strong experience in Power Platform – PowerApps and Power Automate. • Proficiency in JavaScript customizations within Dynamics 365. • Good understanding of security roles, business rules, and form design best practices. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
