🚨 We’re Hiring | Earnix Tech Lead / Lead Developer 🚨 📍 Location: San Antonio (Onsite) 📆 Duration: 12 Months 💼 Experience: 6–8 Years 🔹 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Earnix Tech Lead / Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Earnix pricing model configuration and deep knowledge of BFSI pricing domains. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementations, integrations, and advanced pricing solutions within insurance or fintech environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement Earnix pricing models, including rate tables, rate order calculations, and data integrations • Perform advanced data extraction and analysis using SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL) • Integrate Earnix with peripheral systems, particularly Guidewire in P&C insurance contexts • Support pricing strategy development, customer behavior modeling, and product optimization • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams 🔹 Essential Skills • Hands-on Earnix software configuration • Strong SQL expertise with BFSI pricing domain knowledge • Experience in insurance or fintech pricing models 🔹 Desirable Skills • Scripting experience with Python or R • Knowledge of pricing strategies and customer analytics • Exposure to Agile delivery models
