Role: Earnix Tech Lead / Lead Developer Location: Los Angeles, CA – Onsite Rate: $70-75/hr Contract Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Earnix solutions at a Tech Lead / Lead Developer level • Partner closely with business architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions • Define and implement branching strategies to support efficient and scalable CI/CD workflows • Design and deliver integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire, enabling seamless capability consumption as a service • Collaborate with cross‑functional onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery • Provide guidance on Earnix best practices, data structures, and modeling approaches • Drive solution design reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce engineering standards Required Skills & Experience • Hands‑on Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level • Strong experience with Guidewire Rating and insurance platforms • Proven expertise in Git‑based branching strategies and workflows • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Earnix and Guidewire • Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns • Strong knowledge of insurance pricing strategies, underwriting workflows, and rating algorithms • Hands‑on experience with Earnix Modeler, Optimizer, and integration connectors • Deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integration frameworks • Experience with commercial or personal lines insurance products • Familiarity with JSON/XML integrations, SOAP/REST APIs, and cloud‑native integration tools
