Job Description
We are seeking an eBuilder Business Analyst to support the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) program through administration, workflow development, and user support in the eBuilder platform. This role involves system maintenance, business analysis, process documentation, and user training to ensure accurate, standardized, and efficient project documentation and reporting.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for TCAP projects within eBuilder, working with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to configure workflows, develop reporting systems, and support program-level enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day system maintenance and administration for TCAP projects within eBuilder, serving as the main contact for internal and external users.
Manage administrative tasks including new project setup, user provisioning, template maintenance, and document folder structures; assist with data transfers from TCAP tracker to eBuilder.
Collaborate with the eBuilder Administrator on project/program-level modifications, including data fields, reports, dashboards, templates, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications during process build-outs; document requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Support workflow testing, user acceptance, and system enhancements.
Maintain and update reporting fields based on uploaded documentation (e.g., pre-con meetings, FI requests, project status updates).
Troubleshoot workflow, layout, and folder structure compliance with user permissions.
Coordinate approvals for account-level settings (global fields, workflow configs, templates, custom settings).
Prepare project-level reports and dashboards on key performance metrics.
Deliver in-person/online training to internal and external users; maintain training materials and reference manuals.
Provide help desk backup support as part of the eBuilder and Applications Support Team.
Perform additional business analysis services as needed, including requirements gathering, process documentation, solution testing, and recommendations.
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree preferred but not required).
Strong system analysis skills, including the ability to produce system requirements documents.
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and working knowledge of eBuilder.
Preferred Qualifications
Developer or Super Admin-level knowledge of eBuilder.
Experience supporting construction project management, document management, or financial reporting systems.
Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions such as OpenText or SharePoint.
Experience developing reports in Microsoft Power BI.
Prior experience with large public sector or utility organizations.
