Role description
Join a forward-thinking organization as an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Developer in a full-time role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining ECM solutions that streamline document management, workflow automation, and content lifecycle processes. You'll work with industry-leading ECM platforms such as OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, IBM FileNet, or Hyland OnBase, bringing together technical development skills and enterprise systems integration expertise to deliver scalable, compliant content management solutions. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced ECM Developer to work across the full spectrum of enterprise content management — from document capture and indexing to workflow automation and records governance. Rather than being confined to a single platform, you'll have the breadth to work across multiple ECM ecosystems and integration touchpoints, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, scripting languages, and database systems to connect content solutions with broader enterprise infrastructure. The role carries real ownership, from architecting solutions and automating workflows to ensuring compliance with records management and information governance standards. For a developer who enjoys working at the intersection of technical depth and business process improvement, this role offers meaningful variety and impact across a complex content environment.
