Key Responsibilities:
β’ Support user community in utilizing business intelligence tools for querying databases and generating reports.
β’ Assist in the design and development of reports, create user documentation, and troubleshoot query performance.
β’ Monitor usage of OLAP tools, ensuring security, performance, and interoperability of systems.
β’ Upgrade enterprise-wide query and reporting tools, monitor batch queries, and ensure data integrity.
β’ Provide technical support and assist in process and data modeling, and architectural development methodologies.
