Role description
An EcoSys Admin/Developer role involves implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting the EcoSys project performance software, bridging business needs with technical solutions by managing workflows, developing integrations (APIs, ERPs like SAP/Coupa), creating custom reports/dashboards, ensuring security, and providing user training for project/financial control in industries like engineering and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Configuration & Customization: Set up EcoSys modules (cost sheets, forecasting, workflows) and tailor them to specific business requirements.
β’ Development & Integration: Build API integrations with ERPs (SAP, Oracle), develop custom reports/dashboards, and write scripts for enhanced functionality.
β’ Administration: Manage environments (Dev, QA, Prod), perform system upgrades, security monitoring, and performance tuning.
β’ Support & Training: Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, create documentation, and conduct training sessions.
β’ Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle implementations, manage data migration, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ EcoSys Experience: Proven experience with EcoSys administration, configuration, and implementation.
β’ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, web services, and data integration tools.
β’ ERP Knowledge: Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
β’ Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
β’ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project controls, cost management, and performance management.
