Job Title : EDI Analyst Location: Bakersfield, CA (100% remote) Duration: Long term Job Type : Contract to hire (We can consider - W2 ) Client looking for candidates should be in PST time zone Responsibilities: We are looking a EDI Analyst with at least 6+ years of IT experience and Healthcare domain experience. Top Desired Skills: • Lead complex EDI/interface initiatives (HL7, X12, FHIR, APIs) • Deep Epic Bridges and interface engine experience (Corepoint, Rhapsody, etc.) • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Cures Act, TEFCA, and interface configuration management • Agile experience (story sizing, decomposition, stand-ups) • Own end-to-end EDI data reconciliation and integrity processes • 5 7+ years healthcare EDI experience with leadership capability Job Summary: • The EDI Analyst III as a technical expert for enterprise-level Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiatives. • This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and standards-compliant data integration solutions across clinical, revenue cycle, administrative, and third-party systems. • The Analyst III acts as a thought leader for interoperability strategy, mentors junior staff, leads high-impact projects, and ensures compliance with federal and industry standards. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic interfaces, strong architectural insight, and a deep understanding of healthcare data exchange frameworks • This is a senior, hands-on role that requires strong experience in healthcare interoperability and Epic interfaces.
