Location: ONSITE- West Des Moines , Iowa
Description
The Database Business Systems Analyst (DB-BSA) serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on database-driven insurance systems. This role ensures accurate translation of insurance business requirements into high-quality data and system solutions supporting underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
• Translate insurance business needs into functional and data requirements
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and validation using SQL
• Collaborate with database developers and architects
• Support system integrations, data migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Develop and review test cases and support UAT
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance"
Desirable Skills: Exposure to AWS services ,Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
