Location: Plano/Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, New Jersey or Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled EHS Cority Developer to support the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Cority platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with EHS and IT teams to develop workflows, automate processes, and ensure the platform effectively supports regulatory compliance and internal EHS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with EHS program requirements.
β’ Develop and maintain modules, forms, dashboards, and reports in Cority.
β’ Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, ERP, BI platforms).
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
β’ Support user access controls, permissions, and security settings.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Cority system.
β’ Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports as needed.
β’ Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
β’ Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
β’ Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 2+ years of experience working with Cority or other EHS management systems.
β’ Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules (e.g., Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, Audit, Risk).
β’ Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), SQL, and API integrations.
β’ Strong understanding of EHS business processes and regulatory frameworks (OSHA, ISO 14001, etc.).
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Cority certification or formal Cority training.
β’ Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
β’ Familiarity with cloud environments and data security best practices.
