Job Title: AWS EKS Engineer Location : London UK Hybrid 3 days onsite/week Role Type: InsideIR35 Contract Description: This is a platform/infrastructure role where candidates will build and manage enterprise-scale EKS (Kubernetes) clusters and provide them as a service to internal application teams. Must-Have Skills • Have worked on Kubernetes/EKS as a platform (KaaS/PaaS) • Have built and managed clusters end-to-end • Strong hands-on experience in building and managing EKS clusters (not just using them) • Experience with enterprise-scale environments (large clusters, multi-team usage) • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes cluster architecture • Solid AWS infrastructure experience (VPC, IAM, EBS/EFS, networking) • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) Important Technical Areas • EKS cluster provisioning & lifecycle • Networking and storage in Kubernetes • Security best practices (CIS, etc.) • DevOps tools (e.g. ArgoCD) are nice-to-have but not essential
