Analyze voter files, polling results, census data, historical elections, and third-party datasets to generate accurate electoral predictions. Conduct polling analysis, vote-share projections, turnout models, and district-level simulations. Build and manage live forecasting dashboards and tools for clients and media engagements. Stay updated on political trends, redistricting changes, demographics, and electoral legislation that could influence model predictions. Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Political Science, Public Policy, Data Science, Economics, or a closely related field. 8–10+ years of experience in election forecasting, political analytics, polling analysis, or political consultancy. Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local elections, campaign ecosystems, and voter behavior. Expertise in tools like R, Python, SQL, and experience with Bayesian modeling, regression, simulations, etc. Strong grasp of survey methodology, poll weighting, demographic modeling, and uncertainty estimation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to interact with non-technical and strategic stakeholders.
