Our client is seeking a Front- End Developer with deep expertise in building and deploying sophisticated email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns within Iterable.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional with experience delivering personalized, automated, and dynamic marketing campaigns.
Youβll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful, data-driven communication strategies that delight customers and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to intake campaign requests, ensuring assets meet specifications.
β’ Build, launch, and monitor campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
β’ Provide on-call support during high-risk periods and campaign launches.
β’ Perform thorough QA testing, research, and troubleshooting of campaign launches.
β’ Develop advanced message templates using dynamic logic, conditional content, and data-driven personalization.
β’ Build and maintain complex, event-driven workflows in Iterable, ensuring proper event triggers, audience segmentation, and action sequences.
β’ Partner with technical teams to develop and manage API integrations between Iterable and tools such as AppsFlyer, Algonomy, and Movable Ink.
β’ Ingest and transform data feeds (e.g., JSON, CSV) into Iterable for campaigns, leveraging metadata, catalog data, and user profile attributes.
β’ Create reusable code components for campaigns (e.g., dynamic headers, footers, and content blocks).
β’ Diagnose and resolve rendering issues, data mapping errors, and logic inconsistencies using dev tools, logs, and Iterable utilities.
β’ Work with SDKs and event-tracking frameworks to ensure proper data capture and trigger logic for lifecycle messaging.
β’ Monitor system performance, deliverability, and resolve bottlenecks or data sync issues.
β’ Maintain version control for campaign templates and logic.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 4+ years of experience building campaigns in Iterable, including dynamic and personalized content.
β’ Strong understanding of front-end development practices; proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and responsive design.
β’ Experience with event-based and triggered messaging workflows.
β’ Familiarity with liquid templating languages, AMPscript, or similar dynamic scripting tools.
β’ Knowledge of data feeds, APIs, ETL processes, and integrating third-party personalization tools.
β’ Experience with Martech platforms such as Movable Ink, Algonomy, AppsFlyer, and others.
β’ Familiarity with mobile SDKs and event instrumentation for platforms like AppsFlyer.
β’ Basic SQL and/or NoSQL database understanding.
β’ Solid QA mindset with meticulous attention to detail; ability to troubleshoot across devices and inboxes.
β’ Ability to interpret customer journey data and translate it into actionable messaging strategies.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills; capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
β’ Willingness to work flexible hours to meet critical launch deadlines.
β’ Experience in the apparel/ retail industry.
