Role description
Responsibilities: • Manage the involuntary and voluntary separation process with a focus on equal parts compliance and employee experience. • Coordinate, compile, and deliver documentation requests from our legal partners. • Primary point of contact for any employees with questions regarding their last day of employment. • Manage the work authorization program for The US, including vendor management, auditing for accuracy, and compliance checks. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. • Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and Payroll teams via cases • Conduct audits of employee data in Workday. . • Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies company wide. • Assist in the training and on-boarding of new Employee Data Specialists • Mentor junior members of the Employee Data team. Required Skills/Experience: • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in human resources, owning the research and resolution for complex employee inquiries. • Previous experience resolving data issues within an HRIS - Workday preferred • Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases. • Strong professional verbal and written communications. • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines • Comfortable dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters. • Excel proficiency - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc. Remote - Must be located in Indianapolis
