Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic End-to-End Business Analyst with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating comprehensive data mapping documents, and using Jira to manage project backlogs, workflows, and reporting.
Responsibilities

β’ Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization and process enhancement.
β’ Solution implementation: Work with IT and development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented correctly. You will also participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements.
β’ Communication and reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones, often leveraging Jira's reporting dashboards.
β’ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows, in platforms like Confluence.
Skills and qualifications
β’ Experience: [Specify number] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in data-centric projects and data warehousing.
β’ Technical expertise: Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred for querying and analyzing data.
β’ Tooling proficiency: Advanced skills with Jira for backlog management, workflow customization, and reporting. Familiarity with other Agile tools like Confluence is a plus.
β’ Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
β’ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
