Location: Piscataway, NJ / Englewood Cliffs, NJ / Ewing, NJ
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced EUC Support / Endpoint Management Engineer with 8–10+ years of experience in end-user computing environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise endpoint devices, ensuring smooth operations, security, and performance across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
• Strong experience with Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch, or other MDM solutions.
• Experience with SCCM / MECM for patching, software deployment, and endpoint management.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security.
• Experience supporting macOS and mobile OS platforms.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and enterprise EUC environments.
