Role description
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data analytics, reporting, and research related to building energy efficiency and clean energy programs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., in Tableau) for program management and oversight.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and storage (e.g., Salesforce integration).
• Collaborate on cross-team data initiatives
• Conduct market research and track industry trends in building energy performance.
• Support ongoing improvement of data systems and insights delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics/data science, preferably in building energy efficiency or related fields.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau.
• Experience with SQL or Python for data querying and analysis.
• Understanding of database fundamentals and data architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Environment (Proficient)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Salesforce

• SQL or Python
